Congratulations!!
I'm sure it was an amazing day, and I hope you and your guests had a wonderful time (and didn't feel too worse-for-wear afterwards!). Thank you also for letting me be a part of it.
Now the wedding is over, you may have some questions about what happens next with your photos, which hopefully this page will answer!
When and how will I receive my photos?
Regardless of which package you have booked, your photos will be delivered in an online gallery in the first instance, where you can download your images in high resolution and web-size. The gallery is shareable, so you can give all your guests the link so they can also download/purchase prints etc. If you have uordered a USB, this will be sent to you through the post once all your photos are ready. You can also add one of these on at any time if you decide you'd like one.

In terms of timescales, I aim to get you your full gallery within around twelve weeks of the wedding, and sooner, if possible. However, during extremely busy periods (the end of the summer/beginning of autumn tends to be the busiest due to build-up over the summer) it may take longer than twelve weeks. Please rest assured, I will try to get your photos to you as soon as possible, and if at any point you want previews to tide you over, just ask.
What am I allowed to do with my photos?
I often get asked questions about this, such as whether you're allowed to share your images online, or get some printed at Boots. The answer is yes! While I will always retain the copyright in law as the creator, as set out in the contract you have full usage rights. This means you're very welcome to share them online (and please do tag me if you do - I'm @queenbeaphotos!), get them printed wherever you choose if you don't want to print them through my lab, and send them to family and friends.

The only thing you aren't 'allowed' to do (and I hate saying that, it sounds so severe!) is re-edit the photos or stick an Instagram filter over them, for example. If there's something you're not happy with, which makes you to want to alter the image, please get in touch and I will see if I can help.
How long will my gallery be online?
I have an unlimited storage plan on the site where I host my galleries, so for the foreseeable future! I have no plans to take any galleries down, and if this ever arose, I would let you know beforehand.
Album & Prints
All galleries have a built-in store where you can purchase all the products your heart could desire, including printed photos, canvases, and fine art prints! Everything except albums will ship directly from the various connected photo labs to whoever has ordered them. Albums work slightly differently, as I design these myself. You can still find information about them through the store; however, no payment will be taken on this platform as there are so many customisations available that one price per size doesn't fit all!

If you'd like to see some sample images of what albums look like, check out the gallery below.

Album prices start from £90 for a 15x15 album (perfect for an intimate/short wedding), up to £270 for a huge album with a matching box. There are countless customisation options, including 80 cover choices, with leatherettes, suedes, linens and more; a photo cut out for your favourite image on the front; embossed text, and so much more.

Albums come with 20 spreads as standard, for which I'd recommend you choose around 50 photos, but you can have as many pages as you want in theory, so you can be sure all your favourites make it in.

You can generate a quote for your perfect personalised album here; once you're done, just enter your name and email, and I can invoice you, and then get designing! I'll send you the proof to review before sending it to the printers, to be sure you're happy with how it looks.
