Your relaxed wedding photography journey

I try to keep things low-maintenance for my clients. You've got enough to plan without me imposing on your time! Here's what a typical wedding photography journey looks like if you book with me.

Step One - ENQUIRY

HELLO! Tell me all about yourselves, your wedding, the date and the location! From there we can get an informal chat scheduled in and see if you think I'd be a good fit as your photographer. I can also provide you with a quote you can personalise to you heart's content via my handy online booking platform.

Step Two - BOOKING

All sounding good? You can click 'accept' on the quote I have sent you, which will automatically take you through the booking process - a simple form and standard contract. Once that's all filled in, an invoice for the 25% booking fee to secure your date will be generated. This can be paid via card or bank transfer.

Step Three - ENGAGEMENT SHOOT

If you decide to book an engagement session, you can schedule it at any time after booking. If you need any location inspo, I'm here to help you find the perfect place.

We can also have a check-in before your shoot to run through any questions and hopefully put your mind at ease if you're nervous.

Step Four - PRE-WEDDING CONSULTATION

We'll get together to discuss the details before your wedding day and ensure everything photo-related is ironed out so you have no need to worry! It's also a great icebreaker!

We can meet on Zoom, or in person if you're nearby!

Step Five - THE BIG DAY

I'll be there every step of the way to capture all the photos of your special day whilst you relax and enjoy your wedding!

I'll utilise the questionnaire you will have filled in beforehand to make sure any special requests are fulfilled, keep an eye on the timeline, and be there as support if you need anything - whether it's paracetamol, help buttoning a dress, or a glass of water.

Step Six - PHOTO EDITING

I will carefully edit your photos to ensure you receive a collection you're absolutely nuts about, and which really tells the story of your wedding.

I will also do you a preview of your wedding photos shortly after the day, so you don't have to wait long to see some of them!

Step Seven - GALLERY DELIVERY

You'll receive your high-resolution online gallery as soon as possible, but within 12 weeks after the wedding. Go to town sharing and downloading them! You can also order a wide range of products directly from professional photo labs through the built-in store, including canvases, prints, and even thank you cards.

Step Eight - ALBUM, PRINTS & PRODUCTS

If you've ordered any products, such as USBs, these will be posted after your gallery is ready.

I design all albums myself and you have full say over what is included, so you know your favourite photos are in there! Once you've made your selections, I'll mock you up a design to approve, and then it'll go to print, before making its way to you.

And that's  it! Nice and simple.

If that sounds like it might be up your street, I'd love to hear from you! And if you have any questions about how it all works, don't hesitate to reach out either. For quick questions, the best way is to hit the little WhatsApp icon in the corner and I'll get back to you ASAP. But don't just take it from me - hover over the little boxes underneath to hear what previous clients have thought of the whole process!

"Genevieve was lovely to deal with in the planning stage, always available to chat or email about ideas. On the day everything went smoothly and the pictures look fantastic. The tone of the images is my favourite thing; they all seem fresh and new. I would have no hesitations in recommending her."
