London LGBTQ+ Wedding Photographer

Are you LGBTQ+, getting married, and looking for your perfect wedding suppliers? I've been there, and it's not always easy, is it? You think you've found the perfect supplier, only to go to their enquiry form to be faced with a box entitled 'names of bride and groom' and feel overcome with a sense of weariness, and if you're anything like me, tempted to also give an eye roll as, in this day and age, it's a bit tone-deaf, isn't it?! It's like arriving at someone's house for a party, full of excitement, only to be greeted with an unenthusiastic greeting and feeling unwelcome before you've even stepped over the threshold.

So what I'm trying to say, in my typically wordy way, is that I GET IT. And it is one of the reasons that I am so passionate about being an LGBTQ+ wedding photographer, and be something that I struggled to find when I got married several years ago; a fully inclusive supplier, welcoming to all.

So if you are planning your wedding and looking for a photographer who has plenty of experience with same-sex and queer weddings, please do get in touch. I'd really love to be part of your big day!

LGBTQ+ wedding photography packages

I remember trying to draw up a budget for my wedding all too well, so I understand how big an investment your wedding photography can be, and how important it is to get it right. My wife and I HATE our wedding pictures and it's such a regret that we got it so wrong - the regret was so strong that that's actually my photography career origin story! So don't be us, and choose someone whose work you really love and who you trust to memorialise your day for generations to come. (If that ends up being me, that's awesome, but if it's not, that's ok too!).

I have a range of packages to cover all wedding sizes and price points, whether you're having a small city elopement or a gigantic knees-up at a country house.

My standard packages include:

  • An unlimited amount of images from the day, all of which will be edited in my light and bright, film-like style.

  • A high-resolution gallery with a built-in print store.

  • A pre-wedding consultation.

  • Travel to and from the venue, if within 50 miles of Chelsea, London. Outside the 50 mile zone, small costs will apply, but the first 50 miles either way are always free.

You can customise all packages to add on/remove things like second photographers, personalised USBs in wooden boxes, prints, engagement shoots, photo albums, and more!

Hit the button below to go to my investment page to find out more about what package might suit you best.

Resources and recommendations

On the hunt for other suppliers, as well as a photographer? I'd love to help, and having worked in the wedding industry for quite a few years, I know some fab people.

The perfect place to start is The Gay Wedding Directory, which has a plethora of venues and wedding suppliers all across the country who are queer-friendly. If you're after a venue and want to cover all your bases, you could also check out Pink Wedding Venues.

Thinking of attending a wedding fair to get in-person inspiration? I'd highly recommend attending an event by The Un-Wedding Show, which is full of amazing, fun, and inclusive suppliers. They have shows everywhere from Scotland, to Manchester, to Bristol, and if you pop into their London events at the super-cool Shoreditch Studios, you might even meet me (lucky you!!). Another company where you'll be sure to find inclusive and funky suppliers is The Quirky Wedding Fayre, which I've also exhibited with a number of times, and which also holds events across the UK. I'm also delighted to be a finalist for their Diversity and Inclusion Award this year!

I could go on for hours about the amazing suppliers I've worked with who I'd be delighted to recommend to you, and it would take me a long time to list them all here. But if you'd like any suggestions, or even just to bounce ideas around, you are more than welcome to contact me and see if I can help.
